Delete Your Account and Data
App: Arctic Fox: AI Wallpapers
Developer: Arctic Fox Media LLC
This page explains how to delete your Arctic Fox: AI Wallpapers profile and the data associated with it, whether or not you linked it to a Google account.
Your Google account is not affected. Deleting your Arctic Fox profile deletes only the sign-in account used by this app. Your Google account, Gmail, and other Google services stay exactly as they are.
Before you delete
Deleting your profile is permanent. It removes your token balance, including any tokens you bought and have not yet used, and your unlocked wallpapers. Deleted balances and unlocks cannot be restored, and starting a new profile does not bring them back. Deleting your profile does not request a refund, and it does not affect any refund or consumer rights you have. If you have questions about a purchase, contact us before deleting.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open Arctic Fox: AI Wallpapers
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete App Data
- Confirm when prompted
The app then starts again with a new, empty profile.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t use the app, email us at support.nospam@arcticfoxmedia-remove.net with the subject “Delete my data”. To help us find your data, include whichever of these you have:
- Your Support ID, shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen.
- The email address of the Google account you linked, if you linked one (required before your first purchase).
- A Google Play order number, if you made a purchase. You don’t need one if you never bought anything.
If you never linked a Google account, we can usually only find your profile with its Support ID. A Support ID identifies a profile but doesn’t prove it is yours, so we may ask you to verify the request, for example by replying from the linked Google account’s email address or confirming purchase details.
We aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days, and always within any deadline set by applicable law, and will confirm when it is done. An email request deletes the data on our servers; it can’t clear files on your phone. To remove those, uninstall the app.
What is deleted
From our servers:
- Your Arctic Fox profile and its token balance (earned and purchased)
- Your unlocked wallpapers and the record of how they were paid for
- Your token history and today’s rewarded-ad count
- The record of your advertising choices
- Your Arctic Fox sign-in account in Firebase Authentication, including its link to your Google account
When you delete from inside the app, it also removes from your phone the wallpapers and settings the app stored (including wallpaper rotation and schedule), resets your advertising choice, and signs the app out.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records: product, Google Play order number, token amounts, dates and refund status, kept for accounting, tax, refund and dispute purposes.
- Refund history and purchase restrictions: if the linked Google account had refunds or payment disputes, a record of each is kept for three years from the date we recorded it. A purchase restriction lasts until three years after the latest counting refund event, or three years after our decision for a fraud-based restriction. These records use a one-way code made from your Google account identifier, not your email address. They stay in place after deletion, and deleting your profile does not restart or end a restriction.
- Payment-dispute responses, support emails and security logs: kept as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
- Records that stop a rewarded ad being credited twice: these expire 90 days after the ad was watched and are then removed by automatic clean-up, normally within a day.
- Backups: deleted data can remain in our database backups for up to 14 days. A short log of deletions is kept for 30 days; we use it to re-apply deletions if we ever restore data from a backup.
- Google Play’s own records of your purchases and refunds, under Google’s policies.
- Advertising data processed by Unity, under Unity’s privacy policy. To ask Unity about data it holds, use the options in its privacy policy. Separately, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings; that doesn’t by itself delete data Unity already has.
- Wallpapers outside the app: images you saved to your gallery, or that Android has applied as your home or lock screen, are ordinary files controlled by your phone. Remove them through your gallery or wallpaper settings.
Starting again without deleting
Clearing the app’s storage in your phone’s settings, or uninstalling and reinstalling, may start a new session on that phone, but it does not delete your profile from our servers. If you linked a Google account, you can usually get your profile back by signing in with that account again. To delete your profile, use Option 1 before clearing, or Option 2.
